In order to ensure that all registrants receive pertinent event participation information, only one registration is permitted per form submission. If you wish to register additional attendees who may be participating in the event using their own devices, please submit this form again for each person, providing an email address unique to the person you are registering each time, so that they will receive a confirmation email with event participation information.
